Happy Valentines Day! Don't Forget to remember your Hearts desire this month!
Prism Glassworks has some Red Glass on sale for all you glass artists, and it's 20% off, so let your creativity go wild! They are working on a few new art projects this month, and also want to thank all of you who have taken classes.
They still have some of the "Hearts with Swirls" dichroic, but it is going fast.
Quite a few of you have bought kilns or are thinking about it. Remember, for glass, always get a kiln of appropriate size for your space, and make sure it has a "programmable electronic controller." They have an "Understanding your Kiln" seminar scheduled for Saturday, March 24th at 11:00 a.m.
Scrap4Art, a non-profit organization that collects items for re-use in art projects has moved in right down the street. Also, Brenda Clixby is having fun sharing her painting skills at the Maumee Indoor Theatre. Check out the Neighborhood page on www.prismglassworks.net for more info and links!
