Smell This
I'm obsessed with smells. Good ones that is. If I catch a hint of pine, lavender or cinnamon I'm absolutely transported to paradise. So I buy scented candles aplenty. However, when I flick them to life it's generally disappointing. That changed when I came upon the brand--Votivo. I took a whiff of its Icy Blue Pine, available at Ada Aesthetics, and thought, wow, it's worth one more try. The candle wasn't inexpensive but it really delivered. If you enjoy an olfactory good time, check it out.
Trademark Sweater
You've got the iPod, the iPad, the Apple everything, how about the Steve Jobs sweater for the remarkable man in your life? That signature black sweater made by St. Croix has been carried by Michael David Ltd. for the past 21 years. "We've been fortunate to sell these exceptional quality knits," says owner Michael Brinker. He added it has been reported that Jobs bought about two dozen black turtlenecks every year and wore them almost daily.
